"Ukrainian barvy" / A vocal-instrumental ensemble from Kyiv.
You are cordially invited to a concert of Ukrainian songs and music here at.
Out collective works for 4 years and make an active concert activity. All of us
are the professional musicians, who graduated the different musical schools, and
we are giving a lot of concert everywhere. During the existence of out
collective has developed a wide-ranging program and appeared in many Ukrainian
venues at concerts, literature evenings, presentations, folklore festivals;
performed in different countries.
Our repertoire includes various genre of music, among them folk songs,
author's songs, ritual, classic, modern, old church music (chants, psalms) and
the instrumental music. The works are taken on various forms of presentation:
a-cappella, instrumentals, solo musical numbers, duets, trio, quartets, etc.
The ensemble makes use of the following instruments: contemporary bandura,
traditional bandura, violin, cymbals, kuvysti, zozulia, flute, base flute, block
flute, bells.
