Ihor Kotlarchuk, a former U.S Dept. of Justice prosecutor, was involved in the investigation and prosecution of numerous highly publicized espionage cases. He is co-author of “Cases & Materials on Intelligence Law”. As Colonel (USAR), Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG), he was also a Professor of International Law & the Asst. Chair of the International Law Dept. at the Army Judge Advocate General’s School. Admitted to the practice of law in N.Y., VA & D.C. and before: U. S. Tax Court, U. S.
