Chief of Party (Project Director)UkraineWinrock International is seeking a senior level manager with experience working with youth empowerment and education programs to lead an innovative empowerment program in Ukraine. This is a proposed $3.0 million USAID-funded project designed to build on existing staff, partners and social partnerships developed over five years of the USAID-funded Women's Economic Empowerment project. Other required qualifications include: fluency in English AND Ukrainian or Russian (with preference to Ukrainian); proven senior-level managerial, problem-solving and strategic planning experience with commensurate fiscal responsibility; proven networking abilities and contacts that can be leveraged on behalf of project goals; an advanced degree in business administration and/or marketing.
