Dear Friends of the UA Quest RT Series:

You are respectfully invited to be a participant in the eleventh annual roundtable of the Ukraine's Quest for Mature Nation Statehood series, to be held in Washington, DC on Oct 20-21, 2010 This year, the forum will be entitled: Compelling Bilateral Ties/Germany-Ukraine & Russia-Ukraine.

The two day conference will bring together government and key non-government representatives from Ukraine, Germany, Russia and the US to discuss two bilateral relationships that carry deep political/economic significance and powerful cultural/historical meaning for Ukraine.

To facilitate the said examination, the event will run six plenary sessions, four highlight focus sessions and a forum patrons' reception. In total, over two dozen featured speakers are expected to address the conference proceedings.
