Seminar: The Orange Revolution - One Year On

Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies of the Elliot School of International Affairs at George Washington University presents a seminar "The Orange Revolution - One Year On." The workshop will evaluate developments in Ukraine on the first anniversary of the Orange Revolution and Viktor Yushchenko's election as Ukraine's third president. The aim of the workshop is two-fold. First, we will survey the achievements and disappointments of the Orange Revolution. Second, we will ascertain how these domestic achievements and disappointments will influence the outlines of Ukraine's security
policy and its declared foreign policy objectives
