Parliament of Ukraine Presentation:  Ambassador William Green Miller

Ambassador William Green Miller, Senior Policy Scholar, Woodrow Wilson Center, and former Ambassador to Ukraine, will speak on "The Maydan Parliament of Ukraine" at the Kennan Institute.

Ambassador Miller has just returned from six weeks in Ukraine, where he witnessed the "Orange Revolution". He was an election observer for all three rounds of Ukraine's presidential election, including the December 26 election ordered by Ukraine's Supreme Court. Ambassador Miller met with the major figures involved in this political crisis and will speak about his impressions.
