Ukraine At the Crossroads: Ten Years After Independence

The hearing will examine the current status of human rights and democracy in Ukraine in light of the current political crisis sparked by the tape scandal, the geopolitical implications, and the role of the United States in assisting Ukraine's development as a democratic, independent, market-oriented country.
