Independence Day Picnic

Saturday, August 26, 2000 - 11 a.m. until closing

The Washington Group invites all to the Independence Day Picnic at Sandy Point State Park ("Heron Shelter").

  • Swimming, fishing hiking -- bring your sports equipment
  • Playgrounds for children
  • Food concession stands
  • You can also bring your own food & beverage

Located at the western terminus of the Bay Bridge, off U.S. Route 50 and 301.

If coming from D.C. or Baltimore, it is just past Annapolis and before the Bay Bridge.
