Presidential Elections in Ukraine Briefing

Friday, October 15,  1999 at 2 pm

The Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (Helsinki Commission) and Ukrainian American Caucus will cosponsor a public briefing on the Upcoming Presidential Elections in Ukraine in Room 2200 Rayburn House Office Building. 

Participants in the briefing are:

• John Tedstrom, Director for Russian Ukrainian, and Eurasian Affairs at the National Security Council
• Nadia Diuk, Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe and the New Independent States at the National Endowment for Democracy
• Michael Conway, Program Officer for Europe and Asia at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES)
