Recital featuring winners of the Third International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz (held in Kyiv, Ukraine) will take place at Temple Micah, 2829 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W. on Sunday, October 17, 1999 at 4:30 pm
